Batik Lingerie

This one-hit wonder collection was mooted by aspiring fashion designer June Ramli way back in 2013. She started this brand at the height of my career as a news journalist in Malaysia. In short, she was super bored when she started the brand. Looking back, although the brand was short-lived as in I’ve only managed to put out one collection because my friend it is not easy to come up with a lingerie collection as most factories want you to commit to large minimum order quantities.
What motivated the idea to want to start a lingerie collection using traditional material such as Batik cause let’s face it the age idea of having Batik be known to the masses in resort wear has failed miserably. Why, because some countries have four seasons and they won’t be able to use it all year round, and such wearables are only seasonal. And so June had the epiphany to infuse the Batik into a lingerie line and the results had been phenomenal until her permanent residency in Australia had been approved leaving her to make the very difficult decision to temporarily halt the production of the product to set up house in Australia. So, what you are buying here is a set of Batik Lingerie collections by this journalist who turned her might to turn the idea in her head into a reality. It comes in four colours, orange, hot pink, navy blue and mustard yellow.  It has no underwires or padding making it ideal for travel or sportswear.  June does plan to continue the journey and include a second line but for now, why don’t you show her support in her maiden line June Saira Lingerie by purchasing her maiden lingerie line collection which she had produced with love and pray there will be a part two to this collection.
